Balancing machine for transmission parts with correction by milling

CEMB’s automatic balancer is designed to handle transmission parts up to 100 kg. Unbalance correction can be performed by axial or radial milling.

Features

  • A machine with a compact design capable of performing the entire balancing cycle (measurement-correction-control) on the same station or on separate stations to reduce cycle time.
  • The facility allows for balancing transmission parts up to 100 kg.
  • Correction by axial or radial milling for precise and customized results.
  • Real-time control and automatic optimization of cutting parameters to maximize tool life.
  • Intuitive and customizable software with touch screen interface, simplified cycle management and quality control reporting.
  • Ready for integration into automated lines, with open interfaces for robots and handling systems, ideal for advanced manufacturing processes.
  • Remote assistance and local support worldwide.

      Locking tools

Automatic clamping systems to mount the part on the balancing machine. These systems ensure perfect centering, easy assembly/disassembly, and safety during the measuring launch.

      Electronic index

Electronic system that identifies specific rotor reference points to allow correction in specific areas or take into account systematic workpiece imbalance.

      Tool wear control

Automatic tool wear detection system in the case of drilling and milling, which ensures maximum efficiency and safety, avoiding machining with unsuitable tools.

      Data matrix reader

Manual or automatic data matrix code reading system for part traceability.

      Micropercussion marking

Mechanical engraving device that uses a micro-percussion punch to impress a sequence of dots on the surface of the rotor.

      Laser marking

Non-contact device that uses a laser beam to etch the surface of the rotor.

      Production control with reference piece

Cyclic production control system using part reference, which verifies the quality and repeatability of the production process.
