Manual balancer for lobe/screw rotors

CEMB’s balancing machine for lobe or screw rotors up to 2000 kg, with direct drive via rollers and possibility of correction either manually on board the machine or automated via an external machining center with an anthropomorphic robot.

Features

  • Balancer for lobe and screw rotors of compressors, pumps, and blowers up to 2000 kg.
  • Dragging mode: drag is performed directly through the balancer’s rollers. In this way, it is not necessary to use a belt or coupling devices, which are difficult to be compatible with the shape of the rotating rollers.
  • Correction directly on the machine (for fully manual use) or via third-party machining center flanked by anthropomorphic robot ( automatic use).
  • Absolute accuracy in detecting drilling positions: the machine reference is detected directly on the lobes, so the correction positions are indicated perfectly.
  • Fast and easy machine setup: quick type change, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
  • Clear and intuitive user interface: the operator does not interpret but sets parameters directly, minimizing errors and learning time.

Rotating lobes/screws

Request information

Request information on Impeller – correction by grinding

      Optional software

Set of functions that allow the operator to display useful and ancillary information in addition to the classic indication of imbalance and phase.

      The best supplied are:

      • Assisted balancing tools (milling, drilling, adding counterweights)
      • Analysis tools (such as FFT or 2F program, useful for flexible rotaries)
      • statistics tool
      • traceability tool

      Additional equipment

      • Inverted roller equipment: constructed so that the rollers work above the rolling diameter, suitable for rotors with impellers unbalanced with respect to the shaft.
      • Cantilever fixtures: rollers mounted on spacers that allow parts without shafts, with very short shafts or large diameter tubes to be balanced.
      • V-equipment: used in specific cases where the workpiece is balanced using service bearings or to process very small diameters.
      • Flanged equipment: typically used to process drive shafts
      • Non-magnetic equipment: useful where the part is magnetic (example: electric motor rotors).

      Rotating ISO

Rotating in accordance with ISO standards for the management and certification of balancing processes.

      Motorized media translation

System that allows motorized translation of supports on the pallet. Useful for frequent production changes and precise positioning of supports.
