Two-station balancer for EV electric motors

CEMB’s automatic balancing machine for electric motors is ideal for balancing magnetized and non-magnetized rotors for e-vehicles weighing up to 50 kg. It guarantees optimal performance and reduced cycle times thanks to separate measuring and correction stations.

Features

  • Maximum performance and reduced cycle times due to separate measuring and correction stations designed for optimal efficiency.
  • Advanced versatility: rotor balancing for e-vehicles up to 50 kg, capable of working on both magnetized and non-magnetized rotors.
  • Rotor accuracy and care: loading system designed to preserve part integrity and ensure machine accuracy.
  • Advanced correction technology: axial drilling or milling of complex shapes on any material, with simultaneous correction on both flanges, managed by 6 electric axes.
  • Smart automation and connectivity: real-time control, automatic unevenness compensation, poka-yoke system and augmented reality remote support for optimal and safe management.
  • Machine prepared for connection with supervisory and production management systems. It integrates data exchange logic with MES platforms, enabling real-time tracking and monitoring.

      Magnetized rotor kit

Dedicated solutions for handling and balancing magnetized rotors.

      Electronic index

Electronic system that identifies specific rotor reference points to allow correction in specific areas or take into account systematic workpiece imbalance.

      Data matrix reader

Manual or automatic data matrix code reading system for part traceability.

      Automatic change over

Automatic handling for fast and accurate production changeover as an alternative to a manual operator setup.

      Minimal Lubrication (MQL)

Minimum Quantity Lubrication (Minimum Quantity Lubrication) air-oil system that uses a small amount of oil dispersed in a jet of compressed air to lubricate and cool the tool during machining.

      Tool cooling

Cooling system to prevent overheating during correction and preserve the tool.

      Tool wear control

Automatic tool wear detection system in the case of drilling and milling, which ensures maximum efficiency and safety, avoiding machining with unsuitable tools.

      Production control with reference piece

Cyclic production control system using part reference, which verifies the quality and repeatability of the production process.

      Laser marking

Non-contact device that uses a laser beam to etch the surface of the rotor.

      Countersink

Specific tool for removing possible post-correction burrs.
