Balancing machine for train wheel assembly

Equilibratrice ad asse orizzontale CEMB progettata per sale ferroviarie con trascinamento tramite giunto o con rulli dedicati per massima flessibilità operativa.

Features

  • Rugged design with rigid technology and shock-resistant piezoelectric sensors during loading and unloading
  • Designed to operate in batches on a wide range of railroad models with or without a gear box mounted.
  • Integrated lifter system to simplify and speed up the loading and unloading procedure.
  • Ensures the highest level of accuracy in measuring imbalance
  • Possibility of dragging by coupling or with dedicated rollers for maximum operational flexibility.
  • Energy-efficient motors to reduce energy losses, improve power factor, and optimize performance under various operating conditions.

System with dedicated sensor for axial and/or radial runout measurement.

      Data matrix reader

Manual or automatic data matrix code reading system for part traceability.

      Additional equipment

      • Inverted roller equipment: constructed so that the rollers work above the rolling diameter, suitable for rotors with impellers unbalanced with respect to the shaft.
      • Cantilever fixtures: rollers mounted on spacers that allow parts without shafts, with very short shafts or large diameter tubes to be balanced.
      • V-equipment: used in specific cases where the workpiece is balanced using service bearings or to process very small diameters.
      • Flanged equipment: typically used to process drive shafts
      • Non-magnetic equipment: useful where the part is magnetic (example: electric motor rotors).
