Manual balancer for drive shafts

The machine specializes inbalancing one-, two-, or three-segment drive shafts and is also suitable for other rotating parts such as drive shafts and couplings. Because of its versatility, it is ideal for both production and maintenance, and is available in six versions.

Features

  • Specialized machine for balancing one-, two-, or three-segmentdrive shafts, ideal for high-precision industrial applications.
  • Versatility of use: also suitable forbalancing rotating parts such as motor shafts, couplings, and other components compatible with the specified size and weight range.
  • Perfect for both production lines and maintenance activities due to its operational flexibility.
  • Available in six versions to meet every need.

      Optional software

Set of functions that allow the operator to display useful and ancillary information in addition to the classic indication of imbalance and phase.

      The best supplied are:

      • Assisted balancing tools (milling, drilling, adding counterweights)
      • Analysis tools (such as FFT or 2F program, useful for flexible rotaries)
      • statistics tool
      • traceability tool

      Additional equipment

      • Inverted roller equipment: constructed so that the rollers work above the rolling diameter, suitable for rotors with impellers unbalanced with respect to the shaft.
      • Cantilever fixtures: rollers mounted on spacers that allow parts without shafts, with very short shafts or large diameter tubes to be balanced.
      • V-equipment: used in specific cases where the workpiece is balanced using service bearings or to process very small diameters.
      • Flanged equipment: typically used to process drive shafts
      • Non-magnetic equipment: useful where the part is magnetic (example: electric motor rotors).
