Vertical axis balancing machines from 30 to 200 kg

CEMB vertical axis balancing machines are designed for balancing rotors up to 200 kg and are ideal for balancing components such as flywheels, clutches, brake discs, pump impellers and pulleys.

Features

Specifications of CEMB vertical axis balancing machines:

  • Absolute accuracy in unbalance detection thanks to the patented CEMB system, which ensures maximum reliability in balancing processes.
  • Available in static or dynamic mode to suit different types of components to be balanced.
  • The rotator loads directly onto the clamping fixture, without the need for a shaft-tool, simplifying and speeding up production.
  • Workpiece clamping on the fixture can be done manually or automatically.
  • Automatic electronic tool eccentricity correction system.
  • Clear and intuitive user interface: the operator does not interpret but sets parameters directly, minimizing errors and learning time.

Main applications:

  • Flywheels, clutches, and brake discs for automotive, industrial, and heavy transport applications.
  • Impellers for pumps and fans with broad, flat contours for precise balancing of rotating components.
  • Medium- to large-sized grinding wheels for industrial machining.
  • Pulleys of different types and sizes.
  • Complete wheels and rims.
  • Marine propellers.

      Pneumatic clamping

Used for automatic tools (expanding or self-centering bushings). A double-acting air cylinder is inserted inside the chuck, which drives tool centering systems, speeding up and automating the process.

      Spindle clamping

Device that keeps the spindle locked to the balancer during the correction phase, eccentricity correction procedure or tool replacement. It simplifies operations and ensures safety and accuracy.

      Locking tools

Automatic clamping systems to mount the part on the balancing machine. These systems ensure perfect centering, easy assembly/disassembly, and safety during the measuring launch.

      Optional software

Set of functions that allow the operator to display useful and ancillary information in addition to the classic indication of imbalance and phase.

      The best supplied are:

      • Assisted balancing tools (milling, drilling, adding counterweights)
      • Analysis tools (such as FFT or 2F program, useful for flexible rotaries)
      • statistics tool
      • traceability tool

      Rotating ISO

Rotating in accordance with ISO standards for the management and certification of balancing processes.

      Manual drill

Unit equipped with two spindles that enables simultaneous drilling, reducing cycle time and increasing productivity.
